焊枪故障Welding torch fault

1.焊枪未能正常引弧焊接，如果5秒钟内不能引燃，操作工应按急停按钮，立即查明原因。

If the welding torch can not fire within 5s,it should be cut off the button and checked the reason.

2. 造成的原因有可能有：焊机未开；钨极与带材距离过大；钨极易氧化，带材表面过脏或氧化层过厚。

Reasons:The welder is cut off;The distance of tungsten electrode and strip is too large;The tungsten electrode is easy oxidation;The strip surface is dirty and the oxidation is too thick.

3.故障排除后，重新引弧启动。

It can be welding after troubleshooting.

1.设备安装断电保护装置

Power off for installation

2. 机器在运作是，严禁靠近焊接机

Keep off the welder during running.

3.在焊接过程中，工作人员一定要有保护措施，如佩戴焊接防护眼镜或面罩来保护眼睛和脸部，穿阻燃工作服等保护措施。

The staff must have protective measures, such as wear welding goggles ,take face mask to protect eyes and face, wear protection working clothes and so on.
